Ken Dixon, MD, FACS
Founder, Chief Medical Officer
Ken Dixon is a community cancer surgeon with over 35 years of experience treating cancer patients. Certified by the American Board of Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Dixon graduated with a BS from Davidson College, and an MD from Emory, completed a residency in general surgery at Emory University Affiliated Hospitals, and a surgical oncology fellowship at MD Anderson. He currently treats patients at his community cancer practice in Gainesville, Georgia.

Pat deGrouchy received his BBA in economics and international relations from Brown University. He has more than 30 years of business and market development experience in the life sciences technology industry. Since 2014, has served as VP for US Operations and Business Development at StoreMyTumor (SMT). Prior to SMT, he held senior level positions in various life science companies that created new industry standards including Nellcor in pulse oximetry and AG Mednet in the transfer of medical images via the Internet. He also gained significant international experience as a Director in Siemens Medical’s international business development division.
Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer
Carl Gustin received his BS is social psychology, history with a concentration in chemistry, and graduated cum laude from Wheeling Jesuit University, West Virginia. Carl’s business accomplishments include the design and launch of a FM radio station; helping launch Apple’s first successful notebook computer, the PowerBook as well as its first low cost MAC PC, and first personal digital assistant; a Midwest ad agency that became one of the fastest growing, largest and most profitable in its category; helping manage Kodak’s early digital transformation, bringing it to #1 or #2 in every category it served by 2008. He was CMO of Kodak when it was inducted into the American Marketing Association’s Marketing Hall of Fame. He is a charter member of the M50, which is an association comprised of the 50 leading CMO’s in the world.

Bob Slater is a seasoned technology executive with more than 25 years of experience in several different industries including healthcare, paper packaging, manufacturing, and food processing. Bob’s professional experiences, beginning as a entrepreneur, followed by hands on work building startup companies and culminating in his leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies, allowed him to gain knowledge of every phase of organizational and technology development at every size company. Bob received a Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Philadelphia.

Cindy Williams, VP Sales; over 20 years solid performance in insurance and finance industry, including banking and extensive experience as a nationally ranked sales leader with a Fortune 500 company, Aflac. As a Guardian ad Litem for Florida’s First Judicial Circuit, Cindy is also a voice to the Judge, for abused and neglected children.

Nick Prochak received his BS in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina, focusing in marketing and entrepreneurial management. Over the past ten years, he has worked with multiple businesses involved in healthcare, growing those companies and increasing product awareness across a wide range of medical services. With his own story of cancer survival, Nick understands the importance and value of patient care and brings special attention to the assessment and planning of client needs to SpeciCare.
